My name is Aaron Phinney, and I have been working in the mortgage industry since 2010. I advise clients across Ontario on the structuring and execution of residential financing, with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and long-term alignment. My role is to provide clear direction in an environment that is often anything but. Whether you are purchasing, refinancing, or planning ahead, the objective remains the same – structure your financing correctly and position you properly for what comes next.

Early in my career, I worked alongside my father, Bill Phinney, prior to his retirement in 2014. With over 40 years in the industry, he gave me a strong foundation in lending, a deep understanding of market cycles, and the discipline required to operate at a high level. That experience continues to shape how I approach every file and every client relationship. I later built and led a high-performing mortgage team across the GTA and Southern Ontario for over a decade. While that chapter provided scale, my business today is intentionally more focused. I work directly with clients and a select group of professional partners to deliver precise, well-structured financing solutions.
